Wish: advanced permission control

Details:	NewBlog is lacking of good permission system. It distincts only admins, blog owners and other users. So only admin and single owner can post entries (am I right?). I wish to grant post permissions to multiple users for each blog. And I wish to be able to change blog owner. I just couldn't find how to do this and I begin thinking it's impossible without manual database hacking.
