When I want to upload a file I get an critical error message. Here is the message :

A critical error has occurred.
Access to the path "C:\DotNetNuke 3.1.0\DotNetNuke\Portals\3\DNNPortal-Download\" is denied

This error occurs even if I am logged as Host ! I tried to set the permission to "Full Control" for the "Everyone" group and it didn't work either.

Any help??
