Uploads - downloads work. I am having a problem making it moderated. The moderator sees the Moderate Uploads button - but the count is always 0.

Only subscribers can download. Is there a way to allow my Registered users to view the downloads but not be able to download?

I don't have had time to make the description, I try to describe you the setup now here in a short description.

First be informed that moderated upload is only available for non admin users, that mean if you are logged in as an administrator your uploads will always directly approved and they will not appear in the moderate section of the module.

There are 3 permission settings which are related to the moderated upload:

• Upload Roles (moderated)
• Upload Roles (unmoderated)
• Moderator Roles

As an example:

If you like to allow any registered users to make moderated uploads  and your administrator should be able to moderate this uploads, the following settings are necessary:

• Upload Roles (moderated) set to Registered users
• Upload Roles (unmoderated) set to Administrators
• Moderator Roles set to Administrators.

If you like that the files could be moderated from some other people then you must create a new role for moderators (if you don't have any valid role for that), add the users who should moderate the files to that role and set the Moderator Role permission to that role.
