This is most definitely the problem.  I went into my admin settings and copied my uploaded files into a folder just called "host" in the portal root. As long as the files weren't in a subfolder of dnnportal-download they were able to be downloaded.  Is there anyway to either change where the program is looking for the stored files or change where they are being stored?  Could the hyphen in the dnnportal-download folder be messing this up?
