Upload file with dnnportal-download

I installed dnnportal-download v.4 successful.I want to upload file, but i don't know. Pls help me!
I added a temp page for testing and and DnnPortal-Download to this. But I don't see menu Upload file.

Do you have installed the module on a server with public access? If yes, please setup an test account for me, so that I can check the settings. Otherwise please describe more in detail what kind of problem do you have. Regards Peter
