Cannot Change Permissions for Subscribers

Hello,
I use the DNNPortal-Download extensively for collaboration in an international survey project. For this I need to set the Permissions for Upload/Download very detailed and up to now, there have been no problems.
But for several pages with the module, I now see that under Permission Settings of the DNNPortal-Download I have the Upload Roles (moderated and unmoderated) for the "Subscribers" activated. Even when I change that and click on ok, after returning to the permission settings, they are activated again. This results in the situation that everybody on my portal has these rights now. The same problem is with the "Default Download Roles" and on some other pages with the DNNPortal-Download.
On most of the other pages the permissions have been set correctly. Does anybody know how to help me with that? Thanks,

I have tried to reproduce your problem, with no success.

It sounds like a problem (incompatibility) with another third party module/feature.
Do you have tried to reproduce the problem with a default installation (no other third party modules/provider installed)

If you are using 03.03.07 with NET Framework 2, I suggest to install the latest version (4.00.05) of the DNNPortal-Download module.

I have installed the .NET Framework:1.1.4322.2407
Do you have any idea, which third party module could be the reason? I do only have the Survey and DNNSubscriber Module installed in addition to the standard core modules, but there are additional projects on the site, so I don't know it definitely.
I will try it out to reproduce it on another installation, but that will take some time. We have 47 country pages and all of those have two DNNPortal-Download modules (some have three). On 9 pages the settings are not correct. So the reproduction is a difficult and time consuming thing. Do you have any idea, if there could be a workaround (like changing the appropriate database field directly) for the meantime?
