I loaded the Portal-DNN to a couple of sites. One works fine, but on the other when you click on download, a new window opens but no download takes place. It appears that on a 3.0.13 site everything is OK, but on a 3.1.0 site it doesn't. The 3.1.0 site had DNNDownload working fine.

Also, when I click on use existing file, I can't find the file. It displays what appears to be the file but with .resources tagged on the end.

Any suggestions?
