How do we limit what a user has to fill out or see when they do an upload, ie date,etc? We want to make it so these fields are either auto-populated or do not appear on the form.

Hi Hans-Peter,

How much would you charge to make the changes in code for us.  We would like the following fields to be selected yet invisible to the user making the upload.  Only an administrator should see everything.  This is most important in the security role section.  Since each of our clients has their own page and assigned security role and just uploads their items, we do not want them to see who our other clients are.  Currently, any cleint can see all security roles and give that role permission to see their stuff.

A setup option would be best, so if we need those fields in the future we can use them easily, but just having them not visible would also be ok.  Also, if the description field is too much trouble we can just leave that field in and that would be ok too, as long as we can hide some of the other variables to make the form quicker.  Our users are not very computer literate, so we are just trying to make it as easy as possible for them to do the upload.
